We are delighted to have you as our guests. To ensure everyone feels comfortable and the stay remains pleasant for you and future guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
🤫 Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Please be particularly considerate during this time (no loud music, parties, etc.).
🚭 Smoking
- Smoking or Vaping is not permitted inside the accommodation.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
- Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
🐶 Pets
- Pets are allowed only upon prior arrangement.
- Please do not let pets sleep on the furniture or in the beds.
- Please note that additional cleaning fees apply.
🎉 Parties & Events
- Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
- The accommodation is intended exclusively for the booked number of guests.
👥 Guests
- Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted. Please coordinate with us beforehand regarding day visitors.
🔑 Keys & Security
- Please handle keys with care. Close all doors and windows when leaving the property. In the event of a lost key, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement costs.
🛋️ Furnishings & Cleanliness
- Please treat the furnishings and equipment with care. Avoid damages and report them to us immediately should something happen. Please leave the accommodation in a tidy condition.
🗑️ Waste & Recycling
- Please separate waste according to the instructions provided in the accommodation. Dispose of trash regularly in the designated bins.
🔥 Damages & Liability
- The tenant is liable for damages to the accommodation, furniture, or inventory caused by themselves.
- Normal wear and tear is, of course, excluded.
❗ Right of Termination
- In the event of serious violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.
